Before you move in we will be sure to do any needed repairs, clean carpets, touch up painting, and full professional cleaning. Your home will then be walked by staff to ensure it is move-in ready for you.

The maintenance team is on-site Monday - Friday and available after hours for emergencies.

We encourage residents to use the Sightplan app to submit non-emergency maintenance requests to us. Or, if you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please call us directly for assistance

By the order in which they are received. Emergency work orders will take priority

No. But if you would like to request on non-emergency maintenance issues to only enter when you are home that is an option.

Call the office and we can let you in. If it is after office hours call our office and follow the prompts to speak with the on-call maintenance technician.

Yes, we love cats and dogs! No exotic or non-domesticated animals are allowed.

We have restricted breeds such as: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, and their mixes. No weight limit

Yes, we have two pet parks on the property.

We offer 7-12 month leases.

We do not accept packages in the office on behalf of the residents.

The gym is open 24 hours to residents.

We take walk-ins as well as scheduled appointments.

Yes. Laramar Group has partnered with Effective Coverage and LeaseTrack to manage all your insurance requirements. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000.

Utilities are not included in your rent. There will be a separate charge for utilities.

You will contact JEA to set up the electricity to your new address. Water, sewer, and trash will be set up by us on your behalf.

Guest are welcome and can stay up to 14 days.

When you sign your lease you will choose an early termination option.

Be sure to read you lease agreement and ask any questions you may have. Also, keep an eye out after you sign your lease from Updater, it's our digital move-in concierge that can help with changing your address, updating subscriptions, and much more
